The fee for this consultation is $75 ($66.37 + HST).
Consultation fees must be paid in advance to secure appointments. If you decide to proceed with treatment the cost of the consult may be applied to treatment. This fee will be held on account for you upon purchase.
Once this consultation fee payment is received, we will contact you to confirm your appointment.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you and our staff look forward to your attendance at clinic. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a gap in our staff’s schedule that could have been filled by another patient. As such ArtMed requires 2 full business days notice for cancellation of a booked appointment. Monday appointment cancellation requests must be received by no later than 9am of the Thursday the week before and by 9am Friday the week before a Tuesday appointment.
For those who have provided a consultation fee deposit of $75 and do not attend their scheduled consultation or provide late cancellation notice, their deposit will be applied to their late cancellation/no-show fee owing.
