Consultation fees must be paid in advance to reserve your appointment. If you proceed with treatment, the consultation fee may be applied toward your treatment and will be held on your account.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. As late cancellations or missed appointments prevent another patient from being seen, ArtMed requires two full business days’ notice for cancellations.
Monday appointments must be cancelled by 9am the previous Thursday
Tuesday appointments must be cancelled by 9am the previous Friday
If you do not attend your scheduled consultation or provide late notice, your $25 consultation fee will be applied to the late cancellation or no-show fee.
