Olivia is stepping into the newly created role of Skin Care & Customer Relations Specialist. With over 13 years of experience as a skin care expert and team manager at Shoppers Drug Mart, she’s uniquely positioned to help our clients. Olivia will provide extra guidance around pharmaceutical skin care, pre- and post-procedure support, and help clients navigate the many products and treatments available at ArtMed.
Our goal is simple: we want every client to feel fully supported from the moment they walk through our doors. Exceptional care isn’t optional—it’s what our clients deserve.
