What is Hale Derma?

Hale Derma is a topical skincare spray made with hypochlorous acid (HOCl), a naturally occurring compound produced by white blood cells as part of the body’s immune defense system. It is designed to cleanse, soothe, and support skin healing, making it commonly used both in professional skincare clinics and at home.

The spray is fragrance-free and formulated with a simple solution of hypochlorous acid, electrolyzed water, and sodium chloride. It helps cleanse the skin, maintain hydration, and support the skin’s natural barrier

How does Latisse work?

Hale Derma works by delivering hypochlorous acid, which helps protect and calm the skin in several ways:

Antimicrobial action: HOCl neutralizes bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms that can contribute to irritation, infection, or breakouts.
Reduces inflammation: It helps calm redness, swelling, and irritated skin.
Supports healing: HOCl creates an environment that promotes tissue repair and skin recovery.
Strengthens the skin barrier: By soothing and hydrating the skin, it supports the skin’s natural protective function.

Because of these effects, Hale Derma is often used for post-procedure care after treatments such as laser treatments, microneedling, or other skin procedures to help reduce irritation and support healing.

How do I use Latisse?

Hale Derma is simple to incorporate into a skincare routine.

Typical use:

  1. Start with clean skin.

  2. Spray a light mist directly onto the treatment area (usually 3–5 sprays).

  3. Allow it to air dry or gently pat dry.

  4. No rinsing is required.

Frequency:

  • Use 1–2 times daily as part of your regular routine.

  • After procedures or during skin irritation, it may be used several times throughout the day as directed by your provider.

It can be applied before serums and moisturizers, or used throughout the day whenever the skin needs soothing or cleansing.
